Smokey National Park – Maggie Valley – Freezing

We have spent Wednesday (6th Oct) night at Maggie Valley about 400 miles west of Charleston on the edge of the Smokey National Park.  It is freezing – I am sitting on the couch in the RV writing this while everyone else is wrapped in blankets – as we are up in the ski slopes the temperature is very different to the coast!

However it is a beautiful day outside and will be some great scenery and walks if I can get them going.
